He transitioned from an IT professional to a successful entrepreneur, managing a vast team and driving the company's growth to over 1000 employees. As a philanthropist, he also serves as Chairman of the TANA Foundation.

He successfully facilitated organizational change and invested in Scalene People Solutions LLC, an end-to-end Talent Acquisition company.
